Training and Development

Trainings, Seminars and Team Building are the process of motivating and enabling that group of people to reach their goal.

It is our belief that every member of the organization is an important element to the group's success and therefore they should have the opportunity to contribute.  Although we believe that most learning occurs when individuals and teams go beyond their comfort zones, true success occurs when we choose the level of challenge that is appropriate and not dictated by peer pressure or guilt.

Our programs are not about physical dexterity or athleticism.   In fact getting beyond one's comfort zone is not always about climbing 50 feet in the air or leaping off a pole.  Instead, getting outside one's comfort zone may entail speaking up and providing insight for an introvert or possibly allowing others to contribute is very challenging for extroverts.  Risk taking comes in different forms for different people.

Team Builders programs are about group dynamics and enhancing organizational performance, so we design our programs to complement all levels of business, age ranges and physical abilities.
